Warranty Policy

Diffractor Soundings offers a (2) two-year warranty on every company product, during which your product can be either repaired or replaced, accordingly to the details below.

This warranty covers all defects and problems in manufacturing discovered while using the product under the guidelines recommended by Diffractor Soundings. Aesthetic defects (such as tiny scratches on the painting, for example) are not covered by the warranty as they do not prevent the good use and functioning of the product. Please remember that all Diffractor Soundings product are handmade and crafted with care in order to provide you with the best possible experience.

This warranty does not cover

  • loss or theft;
  • esthetic damage caused by misuse or abuse;
  • electronic damage caused by misuse or abuse;
  • improper use of power supply voltages;
  • unauthorized modification;
  • improper storage;
  • natural disasters.

What to do if your encounter a problem with your Diffractor Soundings device when it is still under the two-year warranty?

If you encounter a problem with a Diffractor Soundings product that is still under warranty, please contact us through the contact form on the Contact page on this website or send us an email at contact@diffractorsoundings.com and describe the issue you are facing with your product. Please make sure to provide the product’s serial number (you can find it on the product’s packaging).

We will return to you as soon as possible and determine the steps to follow for you to send us back your malfunctioning device.

Repair costs are covered by Diffractor Soundings but shipping costs and custom duties are at the customer’s expense.

Please do not send us back a defective device without clear confirmation of our approval first.

If you encounter a problem with a Diffractor Soundings product that is no longer under warranty, you can still contact us through the contact form on the Contact page on this website or send us an email at contact@diffractorsoundings.com and describe the issue you are facing with your product. Please make sure to provide the product’s serial number (you can find it on the product’s packaging).

We will try to do our best to help you and repair your product if that is what you want. However, all repair, shipping and custom costs will at the customer’s expense.

Diffractor Soundings denies all responsibility and accountability for any harm that may happen during the use of any of its product.
