Can I return a product if I do not like it?
We are currently not offering the possibility for returns. Diffractor Soundings is at the moment a one-man only company and returns are unfortunately impossible to implement at the moment.
How long does the warranty for a Diffractor Soundings’ product last?
All Diffractor Soundings have a (2) two-year warranty. For more information, please check out our Warranty Policy page.
What do I do if my device is not working properly?
Please first try the following steps in order to discard any common malfunctions:
- Verify that the problem does not come from the power supply and try to see if the problem remains if you use another one.
- Apply the same procedure with any jacks you are using.
- Make sure the problem does not come from a part of your audio chain by plugging directly your instrument and the amplifier into the pedal, without the addition of any other elements.

Do you make custom pedals?
Diffractor Soundings is not making custom pedals or accepting custom projects at the moment.
Does Diffractor Soundings ship worldwide?
We offer free worldwide shipping!
If you are located in the USA, your pedal will be shipped from the MAS Distro warehouse which is in the USA as well. This will avoid any customs fees for the customer and the shipping time will be faster.
Where is Diffractor Soundings located?
Diffractor Soundings is located in Toulouse, a beautiful sunny city in the South of France.
